Associate, Build Up

Julie Hawke is a practitioner focusing on youth engagement and technology-supported peacebuilding. She is an associate at Build Up, a social enterprise that amplifies citizen participation in peacebuilding through technology, arts, and research. She also works as the Senior Facilitation Officer for the Sharing Perspectives Foundation where she runs online intercultural dialogue and virtual exchange programs. Julie obtained her MA in Conflict Resolution as a Luce Fellow from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver. She currently lives in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
